Full-Season Membership
This is our best-value option for families planning to participate throughout the full school year from September to June. Please note that classes are subject to school schedules and will not meet during holidays or school closures.
Standard Memberships include 2 scheduled sessions per week at the participant's selected location.
Month-to-Month
Prefer more flexibility?
The Month-to-Month option includes the same 2 sessions per week without the same full school-year commitment.
Month-to-Month Memberships are $20 more per month than the Standard Membership.
Unlimited Membership
Available for eligible Ages 7–9 and Ages 10–13 participants who want additional basketball development.
Unlimited members may attend up to 4 sessions per week, including 2 sessions at each Haldimand Hoops school location.
Unlimited attendance is subject to:
- The participant's age-group schedule
- Available space at each session
- Program capacity
Monthly members registered at their regular location receive priority when sessions reach capacity.
Drop-In Sessions
Drop-in sessions are available for families who want occasional attendance without a monthly membership.
- Ages 5–9: $25/session
- Ages 10–13: $30/session
- Advance registration required
- Subject to space availability
- Drop-in spots are available only after space is reserved for monthly members.
A $50 one-time, non-refundable administration fee is required when registering for Haldimand Hoops.
The fee:
- Includes your child's Haldimand Hoops jersey
- Holds your child's spot in their selected age group and location
- Covers registration processing and program administration
A participant's program space is not considered secured until registration and the administration fee have been completed.
Attendance will be recorded for every participant at each Haldimand Hoops session.
This helps us:
- Know which players are present.
- Maintain accurate attendance records.
- Support participant safety and supervision.
- Monitor participation.
- Manage limited program spaces fairly.
Parents and guardians are asked to notify Haldimand Hoops when possible if their child will be absent.
Occasional absences will not affect a participant's membership.
Repeated unexplained absences may result in the family being contacted to confirm continued participation. If unexplained absences continue after notice has been provided, Haldimand Hoops may release the participant's spot to a family on the waitlist.
If Haldimand Hoops ends a membership for repeated unexplained absences, future membership charges will stop and the early cancellation fee will not apply.
Membership fees are billed monthly.
Monthly fees remain consistent throughout the program season and are not calculated based on the number of sessions occurring in a particular month.
This includes months containing:
- Holidays
- PA days
- School events
- Family vacations
- Facility closures
- Other scheduled interruptions
A $30 Returned Payment / NSF Fee may apply to unsuccessful or returned payments.

30 days' written notice.
